Senior IT Systems Administrator - Toowoomba
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our Head Office team in Toowoomba.
This is an integral member of the IT Infrastructure Team and responsible for providing Systems Administration and support for the Wagners server fleet and system infrastructure.
We are looking for a qualified and self-motivated team member who demonstrates an enthusiasm for IT and management of physical, virtual, on premises and cloud-based servers and systems.
Reporting to the Group IT Manager your role will include:
* Install, configure, support and maintain Wagners servers and general infrastructure
* Provide support for inhouse and cloud-based server infrastructure
* Assess and maintain system and data security
* Research, design and implement new solutions and/or improve efficiencies of current systems
* Assist with installation and integration of new network hardware and applications
* Monitor server performance, analyses, diagnose and test weaknesses to resolve issues
* Maintain Office365/Microsoft365 and Azure IaaS/SaaS and associated services
* Liaise with external solution providers to ensure efficient design and implementation of new systems
* Investigating faults and issues, reporting status to key stakeholders
* Design and maintain system backups and ensure data security and disaster recoverability
* Support and administer third-party applications
* Act as an escalation point for network and general IT helpdesk issues

* Relevant qualifications in Information Technology
* Demonstrated experience in investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to show understanding and patience when communicating with technology users
* Ability to plan, prioritize work to ensure logged requests and deadlines are met
* Attention to detail and time management skills
