Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an opportunity available for managing projects post contract:
1. Qualified Quantity Surveyor (2+ years exp)
or
1. Senior Quantity Surveyor (6+ years exp)
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a working knowledge of CostX. You will be required to undertake the duties of a Quantity Surveyor with post-contract work including:
1. Undertaking detailed measurement and pricing
2. Working as a part of a team to achieve project outcomes
3. Building client and stakeholder relationships
4. Undertaking site inspections
5. Preparing Progress Claims and undertaking assessments
Qualities and experience:
1. Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
2. Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
3. AIQS or RICS membership preferred
4. MUST have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in the Australian market
5. Successful, enthusiastic, keen to succeed
6. Excellent telephone and communication skills
7. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of electronic measurement systems
