Call: 9689 8904 West Sector: Operations Job Summary - Advanced Leadership abilities- Tertiary education in Quality Systems- Experience working with ISO accreditations Job Description Your new employer...One of the world's largest freight & transportation services is now seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join their team.This role requires someone who is passionate about WHS practices and has sound knowledge working within ISO accreditations.Your new role:Manage, maintain and improve the quality assurance system in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001:2015 tri-annual/surveillance audits ensuring re-certification at surveillance and tri-annual audits.Schedule internal audits as part of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ensuring audits are carried out on time and required actions completed.Provide weekly site NCR and customer complaints reporting.Provide site/departmental NCR and rework, reject analysis data to assist managers in achieving continual improvement in their departments.Ensure all NCRs and CARs are actioned within agreed timeframes.Provide advice and support to all departments for ongoing improvement and development of process and service quality. About You!Recognized certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Systems or equivalent.Tertiary education in Quality Systems.Working knowledge of managing an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.Experience in Third Party Logistics or Freight Forwarding industries.Exposure to and understanding of training principles.Strong awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements.Advanced relationship management and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills, highly service-oriented.
