About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for 3 passionate and motivated Physiotherapists to join the team. 1x in Dalby and the other is on a flying in and out roster into the Far West. You can choose from a range of different rosters to suit your lifestyle. The successful applicant will bring a passion for improving rural, remote and Indigenous access to health services to the role. You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, organisational skills and problem-solving skills. As a valued team member, you will:
13. Have an extremely varied caseload and get a rich clinical experience
14. Working in in-clinic and in-community settings, such as GP Practices, Aboriginal Health Centers, Kindy or School environments and more!
15. Be supported by Senior Clinical Team Members and a well-appointed Administration Team.
16. Have a flexible working schedule/contract can be discussed to balance your work and life
17. Provide high quality assessment and intervention services for clients including: musckulo clients, ortho, neuro, community based, acute, sports injuries, paeds, ATSI community, aged care, NDIS, workplace (return to work and rehabilitation) caseload.
18. Excellent support provided by senior clinicians
19. Work alongside other allied health professionals in the team, including: Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist, Allied Health Assistants and Psychologist.
20. Participate in regular professional development, internally with Physiotherapy team and whole- of-clinic teams.
21. Provide services under the NDIS.
22. Engage in regular supervision and clinical support from PT Clinical Leadership Team.
23. Travel, on a regular roster, to smaller towns to provide services (travel expenses covered).
