Your new role
* Handle incoming calls from colleagues and customers, addressing enquiries and providing support related to orders, invoices, and other matters
* Process incoming orders using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Prepare and manage invoices as part of order processing
* Handle the processing of credits in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage and send back orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
* Answer questions related to orders, invoices, credits, and other topics for customers and internal team members
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 2 years experience within customer service/order processing
* Adaptability with work schedules and availability across varied hours and days
* Exceptional attention to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
* Strong commitment to supporting and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders
What you'll get in return
* $60k-70k + super (pro rated)
* 3/4 day working week across 24-28 hours (must be flexible)
