You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless system integration. Additionally, you will automate workflows and improve business operations to drive efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement custom workflows, scripts, and applications using Zoho Deluge.Customize and enhance Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Desk, Billing/Subscriptions, and other Zoho apps based on business requirements.Perform user administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Zoho systems.Create modules and integrations with third-party applications to meet business needs.Develop clear documentation for system implementations and processes.Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues/bugs.Optimize and upgrade services to minimize costs and enhance system performance.Automation and IntegrationDevelop and manage automation using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Integromat (Make), and n8n to streamline workflows.Integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs, including REST and OAuth 2.0.Maintain and troubleshoot API-based integrations to ensure seamless data flow.Analyze, design, develop, and support new business application integrations.Data ManagementReview and validate data sources to ensure accuracy.Perform data validation and cross-referencing with various databases.Implement backup and retrieval processes for data management.Maintain and clean data sources while implementing corrective actions.Project ManagementPlan and oversee Zoho-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.Administer project documentation and reporting.Communicate project updates and progress with management.RequirementsEssential - You must possess these skills:At least 3 years of experience in IT technical and operational support.Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including CRM, Creator, Desk, and Billing/Subscriptions.Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting for workflow automation.Experience integrating Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs.Knowledge of API authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and API Key.Knowledge of collaboration systems (Microsoft Office 365 required, Google Workspace optional).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Desirable - Bonus if you have these skills:Experience in API and automation development.Knowledge of marketing databases.Skill SetsTechnical Skills:Zoho Deluge scripting and custom workflow development.Strong understanding of Zoho API and third-party integrations.Expertise in automation platforms like Zoho Flow, Zapier, Integromat (Make), n8n, or any similar solution.Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.Knowledge of database management and data imports/exports within Zoho.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to leverage AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication to document and present solutions.What's in it for you?Permanent work-from-home setup.Fast career growth & development with internal promotion opportunities.Medical coverage up to PHP 100,000 for two dependents.Dental and optical benefits.Company-provided equipment.Virtual team events, games, and lunch outs.
