The Campbelltown Hospital Pharmacy Service has an exciting opportunity for Grade 1/2 Pharmacists to join the team. See our amazing new facility and department and be part of our change. We are seeking enthusiastic Pharmacists with a "can-do" attitude and a solid work ethic, who have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting. These positions require a proven knowledge of therapeutics, as well as excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to help optimise medication management for patients and carers. This role would suit pharmacists who have an inquiring mind and are keen to further improve their will be rotational positions and you will work with clinical leads to develop and deliver clinical services to specialist areas to ensure the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines. What You'll be Doing Provision of a wide range of Pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients of the hospital, including dispensing, distribution and manufacturing services as well as clinical services. Promotion of both safety and quality as key aspects of drug therapy. Participation in quality improvement and professional development, as well contribution to education and supervision of other staff and students.
