The role
will be the Consumer SME for the Document Issuance and Digital Insurer Customer Correspondence domain.
What you'll do
1. Represent Consumer Insurance in cross-functional squads, defining and prioritising business requirements to meet strategic objectives
2. Ensure successful solution delivery, including acceptance criteria, testing practices (SIT/UAT/PVT), and release activities
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business needs and manage Consumer Insurance risk
4. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, showcasing features to support deliverables
5. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, squads, and project teams for alignment and transparency
6. Work with Motor T&E leadership and Product Owners to identify and align value opportunities
What you'll bring
7. At least 5 years of insurance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Portfolio/Product roles
8. Minimum of 1 year in project delivery
9. Technical knowledge of Consumer products, systems, and processes, as well as customer communications, documents, and notices, including Tech Specs, XMLs, and templating
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complexity to various audiences
11. Advanced commercial acumen with a solid understanding of key business drivers
